Toyota emblem installation

 

Have the following tools on hand before starting: ( 1. Screwdriver 2. Phillips screwdriver 3. Electrical tape 4. Towel 5. Pliers)

1. Place a towel next to the tailgate logo, use a screwdriver to pry the logo, and use the towel to prevent scratching the bodywork.

2. Pay attention to removing the double-sided tape first. When prying, do not be too forceful.

After a while, pry slowly, clean the surfaces thoroughly, and dry immediately with a new, clean cloth.

3. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the trim panel inside the tailgate. Note that there are clips in some places.

4. Install the Light Up Toyota emblem, pass the emblem light's power wire through one of the car's standard positioning holes,

and use the adhesive on the back of the emblem light inside the car's tailgate.

While pulling the wire, attach the emblem light to the vehicle body and press firmly.

5. The emblem light is installed and now connected to the power supply. The light must be connected to the license plate light power supply.
